LNPT’s studio is based in Condell Park NSW 2200, Sydney. Explore the options below, then ask the owner about availability and how to get started.
Upper and lower training
Upper body
Push, pull and carry. Balancing pressing with pulling protects shoulders and builds posture you can feel.
Lower body
Squats, hinges and lunges. Single leg work builds balance and exposes side-to-side differences.
Technique first
Good technique means controlled range, steady breathing and a braced trunk. Load only helps once those are in place.
If a movement does not feel right, ask for a regression. Scaling is part of coaching, not a step down.
Progression that you can track
Add reps first
Own a weight for the planned reps before adding more.
Then add load
Small increases are easier to repeat than big jumps.
Write it down
A simple log lets you see progress when it does not feel obvious.
Rest and recovery
Muscles adapt between sessions, not during them. Sleep, food and rest days matter as much as the work.
Some soreness is normal. Sharp or lasting pain is not, and is worth raising with a health professional.
Group or 1:1 for strength?
Group classes offer structure, coaching and company. 1:1 offers a plan built around you and more time on technique. Neither is better for everyone.
