Cardio classes

Cardio at LNPT is about building your engine in controlled blocks. You do hard work, then you recover, and the coach adjusts the pace to you.

LNPT’s studio is based in Condell Park NSW 2200, Sydney. Explore the options below, then ask the owner about availability and how to get started.

How paced intervals work

Intervals alternate harder efforts with easier ones. The aim is to repeat good effort across the whole session, not blow up in the first few minutes.

A useful guide is that you can talk in short phrases during work and recover enough to go again.

Why recovery is part of the session

Quality

Recovery lets you keep technique and effort consistent.

Adaptation

Your engine improves as you get better at recovering between efforts.

Safety

Stopping when something feels wrong is part of training well.

Scaling for beginners

Change the pace

Work at a level you can repeat.

Change the movement

Use lower impact options when needed.

Change the rest

Take extra recovery and build up.
